Senior Finance Manager (m/f)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and reliable professional to join us as Senior Finance Manager (m/f). In this role, you will support the Management Board in all areas of finance and accounting and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the ongoing accounting and the preparation of monthly, half-year and annual financial statements for several Swiss companies in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO)
  • Manage tax processes, including VAT returns, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
  • Take responsibility for payroll processing, including social insurance and withholding tax
  • Plan, coordinate and support the external audit
  • Provide support in the preparation of IFRS financial statements
  • Contribute to liquidity planning and management reporting
  • Work closely with the Management Board
  • Manage weekly payment runs

Your Profile

  • Further education in finance and accounting, preferably with a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (eidg. Fachausweis) or an equivalent higher qualification in business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, with sound knowledge and proven experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO)
  • Broad, generalist knowledge of finance and accounting, ranging from day-to-day accounting through to annual financial statements
  • Experience working within group structures and/or managing the accounting of several companies
  • Independent, structured and accurate approach to work, combined with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • High level of discretion, reliability and loyalty when handling confidential information
  • Confident use of standard accounting and Office applications; experience with Infoniqa 50 Finance and Payroll is an advantage
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent spoken and written German, together with good English skills

Paralegal / Legal & Corporate Assistant (m/f)

To strengthen our team and provide operational support to executive management, we are seeking a committed and reliable individual who enjoys working independently in a demanding and dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operational support to executive management in legal, organisational, and administrative matters
  • Preparation, coordination, and follow-up of corporate law processes
  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, templates, and corporate housekeeping documentation
  • Conducting legal research, preparing memoranda, and supporting decision-making processes
  • Monitoring deadlines and maintaining corporate governance documentation as well as document management and filing systems
  • Supporting real estate-related processes (e.g. contract management, documentation, coordination with notaries)
  • Participation in due diligence processes and coordination of external service providers (law firms, notaries, authorities)
  • Preparation of presentations and documentation for executive management

Your Profile

  • Completed education as a paralegal or legal assistant, or a university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business law, law, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in a legal or transaction-related environment (law firm, in-house legal department, fiduciary services, real estate sector)
  • Very good knowledge of Swiss corporate and contract law; experience in real estate and tax law is an advantage
  • Experience working with AI-supported tools
  • Precise, structured, and independent working style
  • High level of reliability, discretion, and sense of responsibility
  • Strong organisational skills and an affinity for detail-oriented work
  • Very good command of German and English
  • Confident user of standard office applications
